  Rx for Oklahoma is a free program that provides free or low-cost prescriptions for Oklahoma residents regardless of age. The program provides only long-term maintenance medication.

Driver's License (Picture ID)

SoonerCare (Medicaid) Denial Letter (if applicable)

  Once you fill out the application, we take care of everything for you. We research your medications to find prescription assistance programs for each medication if there is one available.

  We then assist you with all the necessary paperwork, as well as talk with your physician and get signatures from them before applying to the pharmaceutical manufacturer.

  Applicants for the Rx for Oklahoma program must be uninsured or under-insured to qualify. There is no age requirement to receive assistance through the program. Medicare Part D and Medicaid beneficiaries with unique circumstances may qualify.
